After an extensive career as a marketing director for several high-profile companies, Ashley brought her expertise to the family business. It has been over decade now that she has run the Los Angeles office.

the fun:
No one multi-tasks like Ashley. This is particularly useful since she is both a workaholic and exercise fanatic. Translation: she is often helping her clients and candidates reach their professional goals at all hours of the day and night while somehow holding a perfect Cobra Pose.

the frivolous:
Ashley's husband is over a foot taller than her.

the facts:
Lisa's extensive advertising career has spanned more than ten years and brought her to four continents where she has worked as a Creative Manager at agencies big and small. Lisa has worked on a wide variety of global brands at places such as TBWA Hunt Lascaris in Cape Town, TBWA/Tequila Singapore and Arnold Worldwide, Boston.

the fun:
As a proud South African, Lisa believes the accents used by the bad guys in Lethal Weapon 2 sounded “dof.”

the frivolous:
Lisa decides what the office will order for lunch every day before anyone is done with breakfast.

the facts:
Amanda has worked in a variety of professional arenas since graduating college with a degree in Business Administration eight years ago. Primarily her focus has been in education where she has worked as a Montessori teacher, designed educational materials and trained staff on curriculum and organizational protocol.

the fun:
Things about me... from Texas... former pre school teacher... I will go to great lengths to find decent bbq in LA.

the frivolous:
Her family will be growing soon with a yellow lab puppy.

the facts:
Steven has had a successful and varied career spanning four decades. He began as a music and television producer and started his own award-winning production company; handling major projects for ABC and the Golden Globes. In 2001 he started Creative Search Consultants with his daughter Ashley. Today he helps set the vision for CSC while also being involved in a number of humanitarian efforts.

the fun:
Despite being the founder of Creative Search Consultants, Steven is never shy about helping out however he's needed. He has been known to wear the hat of life coach around the office and will also handle the unfortunate duties of janitorial engineer (if it's an emergency).

the frivolous:
He sang lead in the (mildly) iconic 60's band “The Cornells” and still enjoys belting it out in the shower.

the facts:
Brenda has enjoyed a long and successful career in all things finance. She has worked as everything from an assistant and a bookkeeper to a financial analyst for a variety of prestigious companies where she has been directly responsible for day to day operations of multi-million dollar accounts.

the fun:
Brenda is one of few people that loves weightlifting, yet also admits to enjoying whistling.

the frivolous:
She can touch her tongue to her nose. And unlike YOU, she doesn't need the help of her hands.

the facts:
Working at a place like CSC is a perfect fit for Haley because she knows the value of happiness at work. Name any job, and Haley has probably tried it. From drafting contracts for A-List talent for movies to making teeth in a dental lab, there is no task too big or small for our Jill-of-all-Trades. Haley enjoys hunting for the perfect creative place for her candidates to thrive at.

the fun:
Dancing, singing, putting smiles on friends faces, snuggling with Edie her rescue pitmix, game nights, watching movies/TV before anyone else, and quality-time w/ family are how Haley indulges.

the frivolous:
Haley was on one episode of a dating and dancing show called "Flirty Dancing" where for a brief second the Creative Search office can be spotted :)
